"Terrible quality and overpriced"
The quality is just awful and the prices are way too high! Nobody gets back to you on emails or processes returns! It's a real shame.

"Avoid this company at all costs..."
I would never recommend anyone to buy from this company; they’re just a bunch of scammers and liars. After I got damaged goods, I reached out to them and went through the usual steps. I made it clear that I didn’t want a replacement, but they insisted on sending one anyway. They promised to send me a postal label to return both items and said I’d get a full refund. After sending countless emails asking about my return labels, I was told that since I had received two items, the case was closed. Now, I’m stuck with one damaged item and another I don’t want.

"Low-quality fabric"
The fabric feels cheap and has a lot of white specks, particularly around the seams. I really should've gone for the official LFC towels that aren't personalized.
